If you are concerned about repair and maintenance costs, we offer annual maintenance contracts (AMC). Our highly skilled technicians will install, maintain and repair your washmatic machines and accessories.We offer two types of Annual Maintenance Services:

Standard Terms and Conditions of CAMC
Vendor Shall:
- Maintain the equipment(s) to keep it in good working condition through periodic checkups or preventive maintenance (total 4 visits in a year/machine) through its authorized representatives.
- Check the equipment(s) as per schedule and repair or replace any such component(s) or part(s) that in its opinion warrant repair or replacement as a result of normal usage.
- Attend to all breakdown calls within a pre-specified time upon receiving information from the institution or their representative.
- Replace any part(s) or component(s) covered under AMC free of cost. Labor, servicing and visiting are also free. Cartage for factory repairs will be charged on actual basis.
- Restrict liability to ensuring that the equipment is in good working condition only.
- Execute AMC either by the Authorized Service Provider or the Vendor, at their discretion.
Client Shall:
- Keep the machine(s) clean and free from litter.
- Use the machine(s) strictly as per guidelines / operating instructions.
- Allow only trained personnel to operate the machine(s).
- Use soft water below 40 MG in Dish Washing Machine or machines with heating elements to avoid salt deposits.
- Indemnify vendor against any claims, actions, or liabilities in case of accidents or injuries.
- Provide first aid to vendor technicians if injured on site.
- Check power supply and basic functions before registering a complaint. Upon continued malfunction, register a complaint and obtain a complaint number.
Exclusions (Not Covered):
- Damage due to misuse, fire, flood, theft, riot, incorrect power supply, acts of God, or accidents.
- Unauthorized modernization or modification.
- Dents, paint, insulation, illumination, and frame work.
- Relocation of equipment or change of ownership.
- De-scaling of boiler & dishwasher, or faults caused by scaling.
Duration of the Contract:
This contract is valid for a period of One Year (12 Months).
Contract Validity Is Subject To:
- Full payment and clearance of outstanding dues to WASHMATIC INDIA PVT LTD.
- No change in features or location of the equipment unless agreed by WASHMATIC INDIA PVT LTD.
- No tampering, changes, or modifications by unauthorized personnel.
- Usage as per normal operating instructions and correct power supply.
- No performance-affecting work carried out by the client.
Payment Terms:
100% Advance
Considerations:
- Client must pay charges as agreed. Non-payment will lead to service suspension and 20% p.a. interest on dues.
- Vendor aims to respond to complaints within 24 working hours on weekdays.
- If major repairs are needed, vendor will inform the client with a final resolution timeline.
- Service will be provided on regular working days and hours, excluding public holidays.
Service Annexure
- Vendor intends to attend all service/breakdown calls and ensure machines are operational post-service.
- Service shall be rendered on normal working days and during normal working hours, excluding public holidays.
